Shipping & Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

SaveYourLegs supplies furniture, replacement table tops, staging and associated products throughout the UK.

Delivery charges and lead times vary depending on the product, quantity, delivery location and method of shipment. Where delivery is included in the product price or offered free of charge, this will be stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery Times

Many of our products are manufactured or supplied to order. Estimated delivery times are shown on individual product pages where applicable.

As a general guide, orders may be delivered by parcel carrier, specialist furniture carrier or pallet service depending on their size and quantity.

If you have a particular deadline—for example, a school holiday, refurbishment project or event—please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to confirm the expected delivery date.

Mainland UK

Most products can be delivered throughout mainland UK. Some products include free mainland UK delivery, while others have a delivery charge calculated according to the product, quantity and destination.

Any applicable delivery charge will normally be shown at checkout or confirmed before your order is processed.

Scottish Highlands, Islands and Other Remote Areas

Additional delivery charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, UK islands and other remote locations. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a surcharge applies to your postcode.

Large and Pallet Deliveries

Larger furniture orders and replacement table tops may be delivered on a pallet or by a specialist carrier.

Unless otherwise agreed, pallet deliveries are normally made to an accessible ground-floor/kerbside location. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and for moving goods from the delivery point into the building.

Please let us know before ordering if there are restricted access, timed delivery, tail-lift or other special delivery requirements.

Made-to-Order and Bespoke Products

Many SaveYourLegs products, including replacement classroom table tops and bespoke furniture, are manufactured specifically for the customer.

Lead times for made-to-order products vary according to specification and production schedules. We will provide an estimated lead time when you order or request a quotation.

Checking Your Delivery

Please check goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or an order appears incomplete, please contact SaveYourLegs promptly and provide photographs of the packaging and affected goods where possible.

International Delivery

Our standard online delivery service is primarily for UK customers. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering. We can advise whether international delivery is available for the particular product and provide a quotation where appropriate.
